Our 60 minute CrossFit class is high-intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics, powerlifting and Olympic lifting, to rope climbs and plyometrics.

Every day this programs delivers extremely effective workouts by varying movements, loading, times, and level of complexity, each workout brings something new.
