I was in town for a short trip and hit up this gym and DEFINITELY recommend it to everyone not just drop ins! They were all so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! They helped me know where everything was and really pushed to challenge everyone while also adapting the exercises to all fitness levels! It was a great workout with awesome people! They had plenty of equipment and space for everyone! I will FOR SURE be back whenever I am in town!

Clermont CrossFit offers way more than just CrossFit classes! There are multiple different types of class from HIIT (FIT), Functional Strength Training (FST), Olly Classes, Open prep, Team and partner workouts to personal one-on-one sessions and an Open Gym for you to do your own thing.

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and provide a simple easy approach to your first workout.

What is your drop-in policy?

20$ or purchase of a T-shirt

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY

Do you offer more then crossfit?

Yes we offer HIIT classes that provide a high intensity workout with simplified movements, as well as yoga, open gym, personal training.
