Despite all the noise, there are a few widely agreed-upon principles when it comes to the quality and quantity of your intake. Through the use of whole foods with limited ingredients and learning what to eat and why, we attain confidence in our eating.

We believe that success creates motivation. Only focusing on the number you see on the scale will only set you up for failure. By looking at your body composition, you will get a closer look at the entire picture. Muscle weighs more than fat, if you are building muscle and losing fat… the number on the scale may stay the same.

Segmental Fat and Lean Mass Analysis

An InBody scan will give you an accurate look at body fat, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, water retention and muscle mass in your arms, legs and trunk. We are able to track the loss of fat % and muscle pounds lost or gained with the InBody. When you begin with Eat Fit and we scan to find out your your biometrics, we are able to formulate a plan based on what YOU need to help you achieve the results you are looking for!


Mindful Meal Delivery

Eat Fit works with Mindful Meal Delivery, a local business, who specializes in cooking clean and healthy pre-made meals. They deliver custom orders to Clermont Crossfit twice per week.
