As stated in your Clermont CrossFit Membership Agreement, you may place your automatically recurring monthly membership on a temporary hold. (Prepaid memberships expire based on the specified prepaid period regardless of usage and cannot be placed on hold)

Before submitting a Membership Hold Request, please read the following information carefully. By submitting the request, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms below.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Advance Notice: Membership hold requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to your next scheduled renewal date. Requests received after this deadline cannot be processed until after the upcoming renewal payment.

• Minimum Hold Duration: All holds must be for a minimum of two (2) weeks.

• Maximum Hold Duration: Membership holds may not exceed six (6) consecutive weeks nor twelve (12) total weeks per calendar year.

• Hold Fee: An $18 fee will be charged to hold your membership.

• Eligibility: A member in good standing may place a membership on hold only after completing the initial two‑month membership term.

• AutoPay Requirement: The AutoPay method on file must be confirmed and active in order to process a membership hold.

• Facility Use During Hold: Any use of the gym or its facilities during a hold period will result in immediate reactivation of the membership, and regular membership charges will apply.

• Automatic Reactivation: Upon expiration of the hold period, your membership will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume in accordance with your newly adjusted due date.

• Non‑Refundable Payments: All membership payments are non‑refundable.

• Cancellation During Hold: If you choose to cancel your membership while it is on hold, the standard 15‑day written cancellation notice outlined in your membership agreement still applies, along with all other terms and conditions related to cancellation requests.

Please Note: This temporary suspension policy applies to all recurring memberships.
