What will my first time in the gym be like?
For your first class, you’ll be greeted by a coach who will show you around the gym, explain how the class is structured, and introduce you to our community. We’ll take time to learn about your workout history and any injuries or limitations so we can tailor the experience to you.
From there, all you need to do is show up, have fun, and give your best effort — we’ll handle the rest and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
What is your drop-in policy?
We offer two drop-in options for visiting athletes. A single class drop-in is $25, or you can purchase a 5-class pass for $85, valid for 7 consecutive days. Both options give you full access to our classes during your visit.
How often do you recommend going to the gym?
CrossFit traditionally follows a three days on, one day off training model, which has proven effective for both physical progress and mental adaptation. We recommend training at least four days per week, with rest days used intentionally for active recovery and mobility work. This balance allows your body to adapt, recover, and continue making consistent, long-term progress.
I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?
Absolutely! CrossFit is designed to be scaled to all fitness levels and abilities. Every workout can be adjusted to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new to exercise or returning after time away. CrossFit is truly for every body, and our coaches are here to help you move safely, build confidence, and progress at your own pace.
Do you offer more then crossfit?
Yes! In addition to CrossFit, we proudly offer Hybrid training classes on Thursdays and Saturdays. We also provide L.I.F.E. (Low Impact Functional Exercise) classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as well as YouthFit classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. With multiple training options available, there’s truly something for everyone at Clermont CrossFit.
