What is Beginner Boot Camp?
The Five Key Areas of Development
WEEK 1
You will get started with our Boot Camp Baseline workout. We’ll teach you the various ways to perform standard movements, introduce you to your Troop and Coaches, and perform a baseline physical training.
WEEK 2
We focus on aerobic conditioning and proper recovery techniques. We also discuss goal setting and how to push through personal roadblocks.
WEEK 3
We increase the intensity of our trainings by introducing a new movement! We have a group talk about the importance of Protein as well and how to supplement it into our diets.
WEEK 4
Week four brings an increase in strength, intensity and teamwork takes center stage.
WEEK 5
We refine your skills and demonstrate to you your increased aerobic capacity, and prepare to re-perform the baseline workout.
WEEK 6
In the Championship Week, ALL the hard work you’ve put in comes together.
For the Final Workout you’ll re-do the Week 1 baseline training to show your improvement, and we celebrate all the progress you’ve made over the past six weeks!.
